The first factor was the application of bentonite at 3 levels (0, 50, and 100 g/kg soil) and the second factor was the different levels of soil moisture at 3 levels (50, 75, and 100% of field capacity). The results showed that drought stress reduced plant height, relative water content and fresh and dry biomass of shoots in summer savory, while the use of bentonite improved the mentioned traits. During drought stress, fresh and dry root biomass, root length, electrolyte leakage, antioxidant activity, total phenol, and proline content were on the rise. The use of bentonite improved these traits. At the highest level of drought stress, the use of bentonite (50 g/kg soil) reduced electrolyte leakage (22.45%) and proline content (58.33%) in the plant. Also, the relative water content in bentonite application (50 and 100 g/kg soil, respectively) at the highest level of drought stress increased by 20.75% and 22.76%, respectively, compared to the control. In general, the results of this study showed that the application of 50 g of bentonite per kg of soil in drought stress conditions had a better effect on the studied traits and its use in these conditions is recommended.}, keywords = {Electrolyte leakage,Plant height,Root length,Superabsorbent}, title_fa = {تاثیر بنتونیت بر صفات بیوشیمیایی و محتوای رطوبت نسبی مرزه (Satureja hortensis) تحت سطوح مختلف رطوبت خاک}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر کاربرد بنتونیت در سطوح مختلف رطوبت خاک آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 2 فاکتور و در 3 تکرار در گلخانه گروه علوم باغبانی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد بر روی گیاه مرزه اجرا شد. فاکتور اول کاربرد بنتونیت در 3 سطح (0، 50، 100 گرم در کیلوگرم خاک) و فاکتور دوم سطوح مختلف رطوبت خاک در 3 سطح (50، 75، 100 درصد ظرفیت زراعی) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تنش خشکی باعث کاهش ارتفاع گیاه، محتوای نسبی آب برگ و زیست‌توده تر و خشک اندام هوایی در مرزه شد؛ این در حالی بود که کاربرد بنتونیت باعث بهبود صفات ذکر شده گردید. در طی تنش خشکی مقدار زیست‌توده تر و خشک ریشه، طول ریشه، نشت‌الکترولیت، فعالیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی، فنول کل و میزان پرولین روندی صعودی داشتند. کاربرد بنتونیت موجب شد که این صفات بهبود یابند. به‌طوری‌که در بالاترین سطح تنش خشکی کاربرد بنتونیت (50 گرم در کیلوگرم خاک) باعث کاهش نشت‌الکترولیت (45/22 درصد) و پرولین (33/58 درصد) در گیاه شد. همچنین محتوای نسبی آب برگ در شرایط کاربرد بنتونیت (به‌ترتیب 50 و 100 گرم بنتونیت در کیلوگرم خاک) در بالاترین سطح تنش خشکی به‌ترتیب به‌میزان 75/20 و 76/22 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش پیدا کرد. به‌طورکلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که کاربرد 50 گرم بنتونیت در کیلوگرم خاک در شرایط تنش خشکی تأثیر بهتری بر روی صفات موردبررسی داشت و کاربرد آن در این شرایط توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {ارتفاع گیاه,سوپر جاذب,طول ریشه,نشت الکترولیت}, url = {https://wmaj.iaid.ir/article_131007.html}, eprint = {https://wmaj.iaid.ir/article_131007_3768e92f5ef28313de249f4bdb6e5574.pdf} }
