Beans are important food sources in many parts of the world due to their high protein content. Considering Iran's climatic conditions, the use of management approaches such as the use of biofertilizers and deficit irrigation is important. This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of water deficit along with biofertilizers on growth physiological indices, yield components, grain and biological yield, and harvest index of bean cultivars as a split factorial scheme in a randomized complete block design with 3 replications at the Shahrekord University research farm in 2024. Experimental treatments included irrigation regime with three levels (normal (100 percent) and deficit irrigation including (80 and 60 percent of beans' water requirement)) as main factor and the sub factor was factorial of biological fertilizer with four levels {Control (C), Bacteria Rhizobium Leguminosarum, Azosprilium brasilese and fungus Arbuscular Mycorrhizal} and the common bean cultivars including red bean and chiti bean). Use of biofertilizers increased leaf area index (LAI) under normal irrigation conditions and moderate stress (80% of water requirement). The use of mycorrhiza and rhizobium under moderate deficit conditions (80% of water requirement) resulted in a 5% increase in net assimilation rate (NAR) compared to control. All three biofertilizers resulted in a significant increase in CGR under normal irrigation and moderate stress. Severe stress (60% of water requirement) resulted in a 55% reduction in relative growth rate (RGR) compared to normal irrigation. Rhizobium and mycorrhiza biofertilizers increased the number of seeds per pod (12.5 and 13.2 percent) and the weight of one hundred seeds (13.2 and 13.5 percent) compared to the control treatment and these microorganisms caused increasing grain yield under both normal and moderate deficit irrigation. In general, the use of biofertilizers can improve growth traits and grain yield in beans by reducing the effects of drought stress
